Bike Day 1. I arrived in Vancouver on Thursay 9th July and sorted my kit, bought a shiney new bike trailer and enjoyed seeing the sites... I set off for the highway but had to return after an hour to my hostel as i left my phone charging - oops! I then hit Highway 1 and was pulled over and told that it was illegal to bike there. I found a another route and did 100+ miles in the searing heat... Awesome views all day. Now camping by a lake in a place called 'Hope'...
